    Well, the “normal” way of getting electricity in that sort of area would be a diesel generator. So I guess they could claim they where preventing future CO2 emissions!

    urgh, just say renewable energy is good because it’s cheap after initial costs are met, and it doesn’t pollute, don’t make it into a fake climate change issue.
