Good job man
Cool!!!!!!!
cool…!!!
i done the same thing hooking up a scooter motor 100 watt 24 volt with a bike and belt and noticed that you cant just use the dc to ac inverter by itself to power anything i almost cooked it . inverter must be hooked up with the batt in order to power anything or to charge the batt but yea works well
thats what I want to do too
exellent
I don’t know why they say it’s green, when it isnt! Humans/animals are generators of carbon dioxide. The harder you work the more you produce. Hydroelectric dams, solar panels, wind turbines are more green than anything animal or human powered!
the alternator used in cars is the most efficiant.
this is a great video one of the best iv seen from you and on youtube. great work. lol your wife must of been tired after
that. but a have a ? if you were to use say the same motor
for a generator and another to drive the bike would that complete the loop. so it would drive and generate at the same
time. could you do a project on that please. if not great work .
2 thumbs up. thanks!!!
Where could I find 10 girls as fit as Denice to drop over and pedal 10 bikes for 3 minutes when ever I need 2 slices of toast.
can you use AC and DC motors as a generator? does it matter? does one work better than the other?
man i love these videos! and the comments can be almost as educational as the video lol
hey leiflton i have same idea as u have but need more info.i m not a engr or machinist..i need some one help like u
Is their anyway i gnerate electricity from a home made generator (rotating magnets inside a ring of coiled copper wire) and connect it to something that stores that electricity, or uses the electricity to charge a battery, or to run another motor? any of these
(and what is DC and why cant AC charge a battery?)
say i wanted to but a steam engine to a generator how would i wire it to my house so i could still run off city power but i wanted to cut down on my power bill
pagol
Good video..
you can using 12v or 24 alternator
also, there are hub generators, but that wont get enough output i dont think, plus it puts increased friction on the tire…and i was talking to a guy who just mounted a wind turbine on top of the front tire…that may be something to explore…still might not get enough output.
also, i thought about solar panels, but i dont think that would be practical for a motor…possibly some appliances, like a solar wagon i saw here on youtube…but if you have an alternator or somethin, you wouldnt really need solar panels…also what i thought would be a good addition for versatility…is this lol…

yeah, neither am i, but lots of innovations come from amateur inventors etc.
not that i would invent it, but its the concept of going against the status quo, or what is conventionally deemed as possible/ impossible.
i know it is possible, for relatively cheap, for there are several existing models and similar prototypes, even here on youtube…

I was thinking about something similar myself, where the pedaling would operate an array of smaller generators. With solar panels somewhere on the bike as well, there may be some way to make it work…. but I’m not an engineer or a machinist, so I’d love to see the Rojas family try to create one!
ok, maybe you guys can help me…
what i had in mind was an electric bike motor (most likely mounted to frame) with a battery, and some type of alternator setup to recharge the battery as you go. i know it is possible, it just takes some creativity and innovation…this way you will be able to increase the distance of your trip..also will be able to take/use/charge applicances (laptop, camera)…and if worse comes to worst, you can set the bike up on a stand to just recharge the batteries.
i love that you guys spend so much time making these videos, i only hope that you can find a better instructive flow and linear narrative. it’s hard to follow the videos sometimes because of the repeated information or the indirect instructions.
OOPS! I didn’t know they were married! No disrespect!
